Pick Up
If scheduling for pick up is requested through express mail services, “Partner-in-Time” will verify with the service providers indicated above to seek the most affordable cost for picking up your project. We will calculate your cost according to the approximate time and/or method you indicate. You will be provided the cost for confirmation prior to picking up your project. A Written Confirmation form will be required and sent to you for approval. Pick-up fees must be paid in full prior to picking up your project. For security and confidential purposes, a Written Consent form will be required and sent to you if you or someone other than yourself will be dropping off your completed draft. This form is to verify that you or another has dropped off your project with your approval. We cannot accept your completed draft without this Written Consent.

Delivery
Many projects can be sent electronically. However, if you desire your project to be sent via express mail services, please let us know when we confirm the completion of your project. According to the approximate time and/or method you indicate, we will calculate the cost and make arrangements for delivery. The cost of delivery will be added to the cost of your completed project. A Written Confirmation form will be required and sent to you for your approval. Please note that your project must be paid in full prior to delivery. For security and confidential purposes, a Written Consent form will be required and sent to you if you desire others to receive your completed project, if you desire to pick up your completed project, or if you desire someone other than yourself to pick up your completed project. If you want your completed project sent to others, please fax this consent form to us and we will distribute to those you indicate. If you or someone other than yourself will be picking up your completed project, a copy of the Written Consent must be presented before your project is released.

You will be notified when your project has been picked up and/or delivered along with access to tracking details.

Return/Refund Policy
Because "Partner-in-Time" provides a word processing service which involves time invested, it can be difficult to determine how much is refundable if the need arises; time cannot be regained. However, if there are any issues, please feel free to Contact Us and we will try to make any corrections necessary or accommodate your desires as much as possible. Projects cannot be released until payment has been cleared and paid in full.
